Terms and Conditions

1. Uploading a Course

1.1 Cost: The fee for uploading a course to LimeLearn is €270.

1.2 Commission: LimeLearn will take a 30% commission on all sales of your course.

2. Course Material Submission

2.1 Submission: Upon uploading your course, you must provide all necessary course material to LimeLearn.

2.2 AI Training: LimeLearn's AI will be trained using your course material to match it with students' needs effectively.

3. Student Access

3.1 Purchase Requirement: Students can only access your course material if they have purchased the specific course from LimeLearn.

3.2 AI Filtering: Once students have purchased one of your courses, they will have the option to filter the AI to only receive course material from you.

3.3 Access Duration: Students will have access to the purchased course until the course provider removes the course or the platform closes.

4. Payment and Commission

4.1 Payment Processing: All payments for course purchases will be processed through LimeLearn’s payment system.

4.2 Commission Deduction: LimeLearn will automatically deduct the 30% commission from the sales before disbursing the remaining amount to you.

4.3 Invoicing: LimeLearn will issue invoices in your name, as the course provider, directly to LimeLearn for the courses sold on the platform. You will receive a copy of these invoices, which you can use in your own accounting to record the revenues from the sale of your courses. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize LimeLearn to handle this invoicing on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws and accounting practices.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: You retain the ownership of all intellectual property rights to your course material.

5.2 License: By uploading your course material, you grant LimeLearn a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your course material for the purposes of providing the service.

6. Removal of Course

6.1 No Refund: If you choose to remove your course, you will not receive a refund of the €270 upload fee.

7. Amendments

7.1 Updates: LimeLearn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

7.2 Agreement: By uploading your course, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by LimeLearn: LimeLearn reserves the right to remove your course and terminate your access to the platform if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Termination by You: You may remove your course and terminate your agreement with LimeLearn at any time, but you will not be refunded the upload fee.

9. Data Collection and Use

9.1 Learning Data: By using the LimeLearn platform, you acknowledge and agree that LimeLearn's AI will collect and process information related to your activity on the platform. This includes data about the courses you have completed, tasks you have performed, and the number of videos you have watched in each course.

9.2 Purpose: The data is collected to optimize your learning experience, provide course recommendations, and improve the AI’s ability to match courses with student needs.

9.3 Privacy: LimeLearn values your privacy. All data collected will be used in accordance with LimeLearn’s Privacy Policy.
